Founded by Maroun Khoury and George Youssef, our story began with the opening of Farrouj Abou Amin on May 22, 2024, in the heart of Zahle. Within just three months, its success led to an expansion that nearly doubled its size with a new dine-in area. On October 4, 2025, we grew again with the launch of Mashewe Abou Amin, just a minute’s walk from the first location.

Both restaurants share the same spirit: born from months of testing, tasting, and refining recipes until every spice mix and dish met our standards. Each offers a distinct experience: Farrouj Abou Amin is home to our signature Abou Amin Sauce, while Mashewe Abou Amin blends modern and traditional flavors in every plate.
