Founded by Maroun Khoury and George Youssef, our story began in May 2024 with the opening of Farrouj Abou Amin in the heart of Zahle. Just four months later, in September 2024, its growing success led to an expansion that nearly doubled its size with a new dine-in area. 

By June 2025, Abou Amin opened its Central Kitchen to ensure consistent quality across all dishes. The journey continued in October 2025 with the opening of Mashewe Abou Amin, located just a minute’s walk from the first restaurant.

Both restaurants share the same foundation: months of testing, tasting, and refining every recipe until each spice mix and dish met our standards. Farrouj Abou Amin is known for its signature Abou Amin Sauce, while Mashewe Abou Amin brings together modern and traditional flavors in every plate.

Our values remain clear: innovation, quality, and generosity. We aim for every guest to feel welcome, satisfied, and at home, whether dining with family, friends, or alone.
